By purchasing art or characters from me it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these rules.
Violations of these rules will result in being blacklisted from my services._{Note that this document is subject to change.}GENERAL❥My art cannot be used for NFTs/Cryptocurrency/AI generators.
❥My art cannot be used commercially (for profit).
❥Paypal chargebacks are NOT tolerated.COMMISSIONS❥I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.❥My work is not for commercial use.❥Do's & Don'ts
WILL DO:
― Sonic Fan Characters / Canon Sonic Characters / Ships (Polyamory Included) / Violence / NSFW / "Light" Fetishes
WON'T DO:
― Incest / Noncon / Underage Characters (Age-Ups Included) / Vore / Scat / Flatulence / Hate Art / Mechas or Robots / Anthros / Humans
― _{Ask me about anything that is not explicitly listed.}❥Process
― I must receive a flat digital color full body reference sheet to work with. If you are unable to provide one then the commission will be automatically denied. The full body reference requirement does not apply to monochrome sketches.
― Pose / expression references are not required but highly appreciated. Personality descriptions are also appreciated if the above cannot be provided.
― Payment must be provided in full. I will not work until I am paid. I only take payment via PayPal invoices. No fees or taxes will be applied.
― I will provide multiple WIPs without being prompted to. If no WIPs are received for a few days then assume I am working on other things. I will inform my client if something prevents me from working on the comm for an extended period of time.
― I will not make major changes to the art after the sketch is approved.
― Turnaround is dependent on the type of commission (see Trello for estimates).
My mental health frequently makes it difficult to work in a timely manner, though I will do my best to provide WIPs and complete commissions whenever possible.
― The customer will receive watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the art upon completion. The watermarked version will be posted to my socials and potentially used as an art example or for my portfolio.
―_{I do not do private commissions.}❥Usage― Edits cannot be made to the commission.
Aesthetic edits, cropping for profile pictures, and wallpaper edits are acceptable.
―MY ART CANNOT BE USED IN AI GENERATORS.
Doing so will result in a block and blacklist.
― CREDIT PER POSTING. If reuploading / reposting to DeviantArt, Toyhouse or any other website then credit is mandatory.❥Refunds
― Once paid I will not administer refunds for the exception of time. If I take longer than 2 months to show progress on a commission then the option to request a refund will become available. Otherwise, they are unavailable.ADOPTS❥I reserve the right to deny a sale for any reason.❥Process
― DM me about which available adopt you want as well as any possible additional offers if interested.
― Payment must be made before receiving the character.
― After payment the customer will receive a simple, clean reference sheet of the adopt including a color palette and credits.❥Usage
― Credit will be on the original reference so no other crediting will be required for the exception of character info websites such as Toyhouse.
― Designs can be edited in any way, including changing their species (human, anthro, etc. included) as long as I am credited for the original design.
― Do NOT remove credit from the adopt reference sheet.
― Do NOT purchase for the purpose of reselling. Please purchase the character only if you intend to use them.
― If no longer interested in the character after usage, reselling is fine. However, do not resell for a higher price than you originally paid for unless commissions were bought. Gift art / free art does not count towards the design's value.❥Refunds
― I will not typically refund unless I find that any of the above rules were violated, in which case I will personally offer a refund and regain the rights to the design.
Otherwise, refunds are unavailable.CUSTOMS❥I reserve the right to deny a custom for any reason.❥Process
― Send me any and all information about the design you want.
This can be through written description or images.

― Credit will be on the original reference so no other crediting will be required for the exception of character info websites such as Toyhouse.
― Designs can be edited in any way.
― Do NOT remove credit from the custom reference sheet.
― Do NOT purchase for the purpose of reselling. Please purchase the custom only if you intend to use them design.
― If no longer interested in the character after usage, reselling is fine. However, do not resell for a higher price than you originally paid for unless commissions were bought. Gift art / free art does not count towards the design's value.❥Refunds
